The Pelican Suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Starfish Suite has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom Suite. The Sea Turtle Suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Dolphin Suite is a second-floor suite (you will need to be able to walk up a flight of stairs) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The bathrooms are all newly remodeled. The Starfish Suite has a private turf patio with an outdoor shower, the ideal sanctuary to relax and unwind.

Sand Dune Suites is a stunning 4 suite fully remodeled boutique building located on quiet, pristine, and secluded Sunshine Beach, Treasure Island and only a short 5-minute leisurely walk to historic John's Pass Village hosting fantastic unique restaurants and shops. Each suite features new full kitchens stocked with all the essentials, bathrooms, flooring, appliances, furniture, bedding, washer/dryer, etc.
Sand Dune Suites is rich in history with the property previously hosting some the New York Yankees for spring training in the late 50's and early 60's including Whitey Ford, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra!
