Upper floor consists of living room with dining area, TV corner and wood stove, fully equipped kitchen (water purification for drinking water available) with sea view, toilet with shower, sunny terrace facing the sea in the east and patio in the west. On the lower level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private patio with outdoor shower and barbecue area and patio.Consistently fresh standard with bright marble floors. Air conditioning, internet and chromecast available.The residence is located in a safe and well-kept complex with its own pool area 50 meters away with sunbeds, showers and beautiful plantings.Parking space outside the residence located on a cul-de-sac where only the residents have access.
