Positive: Great location. Really nice home details = tasteful modern deco, nice beige plates/ bowls/ cups in kitchen which made dinners look pleasant too.. incredibly good location = beach view AND full sun from the balcony.
Negative: Kitchen stove needs functioning lamp.
Summary: Very very comfortable, great view from balcony, nice apartment!
