Summary: We are regular renters every Winter and we loved Beach Cities Quiet Getaway. Best of all was the Customer Service ~ In all the years we have used VRBO/Homeaway, we have never had a gift basket upon our arrival: wine, candy, snacks! We had a couple of questions and Ivana even answered my call from a ski slope and asked if she could call me after she gets down the hill! Both Ivana and Chris were most diligent in addressing anything we needed right away. Our grandchildren stayed with us for a few days and we had lots of room for everyone. The patio was spacious with golf course views. The bed configuration is different than what is on the website, as guest rooms only have one bed each. There is LOTS of storage space. Towels and chairs for the Beach. The location is perfect ~ close to everything. The only noise we had was golf balls being teed off - lol! The neighbors are nice and friendly offering any assistance. Our only 'complaint' was some cleaning issues that I'm confident they have addressed. We hope Beach Cities will be available for our use in the years coming.
