This beautiful reverse floorplan home puts the main living spaces on the top floor to maximize the gorgeous ocean views. The open layout ensures plenty of room for family gatherings in the comfortably furnished living room or helping to prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen. You’ll find an industrial ice maker and extra beverage refrigerator in the kitchen as well. The dining table seats 8, plus two at the counter and three more at the island. Other extras include a second den on the first floor with a wet bar, mini fridge and queen sleeper sofa, and a small office for when you need to have a quiet spot to read.
This home provides two large, oceanfront decks. One is covered to provide shade and the perfect place to relax in one of the rocking chairs. The other is an open sundeck, where you can catch the breezes and drink in the views. The private beach access walkway offers built-in benches to start your day by watching the sun rise or set.
