However, certain amenities (pool, pool building and hot tub) are not expected to be completed until the end of 2024. The beach (including new lounge chairs) has been fully restored for guest use. All the restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel are available for guest use, however the pool, fitness center and tennis courts are available only for hotel guests. Construction is still occurring during the daytime hours.

This unit has been completely updated with all new furniture and accessories in a coastal contemporary theme to provide a very relaxing atmosphere with all the newest appliances and electronics.
The large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower has new KING Size bed to ensure restful nights listening to the waves land on the beach below. The second bedroom offers two new FULL-SIZE beds with an adjoining updated guest bathroom with a tub and shower.
A fully equipped kitchen has all the new accessories to help prepare a great meal while dining on the lanai watching the boats and wildlife. A washer & dryer is included in the unit for your convenience.
The condo is fully equipped with TV's in all the rooms and will sleep SIX guests. The unit offers free wi-fi high speed internet and cable TV. Four beach towels are provided in the unit.
The building offers a community pool and hot tub plus a white sand beach area between the two condo buildings
The nearby Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa features six on-site restaurants and lounges within walking distance; the award-winning Courtside Steakhouse, The Tarpon House Restaurant, Charley's Cabana Bar, Palm Court Bakery, The Cove, and the Sanibel Harbour Princess (Dinner cruise aboard a 100 ft. luxury yacht). Also available are Day/Weekly/Monthly passes which can be purchased at The Spa daily from 7am – 7pm and are subject to availability.
