Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Very clean and modern, good size room and excellent bathroom with great shower (although a grab handle would be useful), heated towel rack, good central heating, wifi was very good although it dropped out a few times.

Negative: Breakfast was completely inadequate, a few biscuits and soggy croissants in the room with a coffee maker that didn't work and leaked all over the table, no way to make tea. Had to go down to the nearby bar navigated the steps. no sign board for the B&B and navigator indicated and narrow one way street with no parking near the B&B. We had to back up and luckily found parking in the nearby piazza, Entrance from the street up several flights of stair, difficult carrying suitcases even without a mobility disability, especially as it was raining.

Summary: Very comfortable room, no breakfast and tricky access.
