Summary: The guest service was really terrible. We had to wait for an hour a half for a room to be ready and we came 1 hour after check-in. It was 90 degrees and we had to sit and they did not even offer water. The room only had one light and the matches didn’t work. We could not see all week. Our bathroom faucet was glued together and looked so cheap and tacky. Our room did not look like the photos. Our deck had nails and staples sticking out everywhere. We could not be barefoot. They did not come and clean our room or do turn down service.
