Positive: Gregory was very accommodating to receive us despite the delay of our train, and he offered us late checkout without even having to ask. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The small balcony is definitely a plus! The neighbourhood is lively (the apartment itself was very quiet), many options to go out and good metro connections. Recommended!
