Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to leave our bags due to awkward arrival and departure times - due to the ferry schedules. The room had been recently refurbished and had a lovely view. It wasn't far up from the harbour area.

Negative: Our room was very small, so had limited storage space. The internet went off a couple of times and at certain times the reception wasn't staffed, so if going out separately you need to make sure you have two entrance cards. To be fair, we were there at a quiet time of year. They provided a kettle and cups, but no teaspoons or coffee. There were no reading lights.
