Summary: this is my first time write a review since using Hotel.Com. this is the second time, I stay in the same hotel. First time i booked standard room, but this time we upgrade and stay with bigger room hope the standard are different. at the end we found more worse than standard room. - room bell not working. - floor is dirty - so many hairs every ware and sticky - sofa at living room very dirty a lot of black stain. - dining chair on dining table a lot of black stain and holes. - toilet sit not clean - shower floor slippery and dirty - shower gel empty - bathtub not able to drain the water - towel dirty - bedsheet many holes and dirty - service doors for compressor are not lock - shall have physical phone because not able to contact reception using google nest and need to go down to front to request something. however, they provide us the welcome cake which we appreciated this.
