My house is unique, Original, Beautiful and Peaceful... is in a wonderful area of Brooklyn (Fort Green) half block from the Park (Fort Greene Park), where the Summer is full of concerts and cultural events. The Garden Apartment is completely renovated it recently, mixing the old with a contemporary design of these typical Brooklyn houses and is super nice, quiet, comfortable. I have a beautiful garden! With a pool of fish and full of flowers. One block for all subways and two blocks for BAM. THE SPACE: My apartment It's a loft, an open space in a basement in a very beautiful and renovated Brownstone of 1830. I also have an open space bath. But the toilet is in a private room. The garden is amazing beautiful with a terrace, full of flowers, plants, birds and trees. Is very calm. NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION: My house is in a wonderful area of Brooklyn (Fort Green) half block from the Park (Fort Greene Park), where the Summer is full of concerts and cultural events. The park is very nice. Every Saturday we have an Organic Market on the park and all around the Park is full of coffee shops, Restaurants and many places for brunch, beautiful boutiques with a very European style, young and entertaining, lovely neighborhood vibes and minutes walk from the subway. The Garden Apartment is completely renovated it recently, mixing the old with a contemporary design of these typical Brooklyn houses and is super nice, quiet, comfortable. I have a beautiful garden! With a pool of fish and full of flowers. Also, two blocks away are the famous BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) Cultural center where are all that is Contemporary Dance, most incredible Concerts, Theater and Cinema Art. GETTING AROUND: My house is also super well located near to the Subway, C Train(LAFAYETTE AVE) and the other station 3 blocks: "ATLANTIC Ave"(B, D, N, Q, R, 2,3,5) reach almost all subway lines. Also train station to go to Hamptons or other locations outside NY.
