Positive: The apt was lovely and warm. The kitchen table was nice The dishes were nice
Negative: The mgr and I talked twice before our check-in and he still wasn’t there to meet us. We had to find somewhere to sit(it was very cold) with all our luggage while we waited for him to uber the key. Then it took multiple attempts to get the key to work in the door. The apt itself was very nice but the advertised fireplace was only for show. There were no instructions to operate anything. The beds were very firm and the pillows new but pretty awful. The hallway carpet appeared to have water stains all the way down. The bathrooms had an unpleasant odor-when we contacted the mgr he said he was already aware. The shower in the primary bathroom didn’t drain and water ran out all over bathroom floor. When we alerted the mgr he responded as if someone would come to fix it but they did not. We had to buy toilet paper on the first day. There was only one dull knife to use in the kitchen. We paid a LOT of money to stay here and while it could be an amazing property with a little effort, it fell far short.
