It is a perfect place especially for a family with children.
The Space:
The apartment is a penthouse with two balconies, it has views of the mountains and also the city. It is very calm and quiet. Light enters all day long in all the rooms and the living room, it is wonderful to be in a place this incredible.
With four bedrooms, three of them doubles with two beds each and a single room, there is enough space for 7 people. All rooms have large closets and a desk for studying or working.
The two bathrooms, completely new, are a delight and very equipped, with very large showers and large sinks. The living-dining room is very large and is divided into the living room area with two large sofas and a large TV. The dining area has a very large table with many chairs for the best breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The fully equipped kitchen is independent of the living room and has a very large entrance. It is very equipped and is all new. There you will have at your disposal the best appliances and the best equipment, it is spacious and very comfortable to be able to cook quietly. The kitchen has a balcony converted into a laundry room. The other balcony that the apartment has has an exit to one of the double rooms.

** As this is an apartment that is rented for stays of one month or longer than one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.
We will collect a provision of funds (€9 per day) before arrival and will adjust it upon departure with the utility bills, the guest will only pay for the electricity, water and gas they consume.
Entry is via electronic lock.
APARTMENT RULES
We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as making noise at night.
Failure to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the security deposit.

It is a very popular area among wealthy families in Barcelona. It is historic and unusual. You can breathe a calm atmosphere within a city with as much life as Barcelona. Its main street is Major de Sarrià, where there are numerous restaurants, bars and very famous and historic shops in the neighborhood. The Parish of Sant Vicenç de Sarrià is one of the outstanding monuments of this area.
The best international schools are in this area. It is an ideal neighborhood to live with children, whether they have to go to school, secondary schools or universities. This area is located close to many of the most important institutes and study centers in Barcelona.
Public transportation is fantastic. Families can live in complete peace of mind and comfort.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the listing. It must be paid before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or blocking a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the requested steps, at least one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the Guest will not be charged the requested amount, but rather authorizes the charge in case of damage.
Damage Deposit Collection: If the property is left in good cleaning condition and no damage or missing items are observed during the final inventory at the end of the stay, the bank details will be removed no later than 10 days after the end of the stay.
If damage is found, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly after the Owner has deducted the cost of the damages, plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
