Amazing duplex apartment, it is perfect for up to 4 people. On the ground floor, there is the living room, with both areas very well separated, the living room area with the sofa the TV and several decorative poufs in addition to being able to sit and be comfortable is ideal to relax after the whole day of tourist views. The dining area with a large table with chairs is located in the middle of the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is large, independent, and equipped with all appliances ( coffee maker, dryer, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.). It is very large and in it can be at the same time cooking up to 3 people comfortably.
The bathroom that is also on this floor is completely renovated, is large and has a very comfortable and functional corner shower. On this same floor is one of the rooms, it is double and is equipped with two single beds. On the upper floor which is accessed by a staircase in the living room, there is the second bedroom, the entire upper floor is occupied by this room, it is a large area, with large wardrobes and a double bed, it is secured with a security railing with which there is no danger of any kind.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and air conditioning, there is an extra very large fan to give help and support to the top floor. It is bright despite being a ground floor, its industrial style decoration makes it a very cozy, modern and totally different place. There are no stairs nor is the elevator necessary to access the apartment, which make it very comfortable.

The Poblenou is currently fashionable and is a charming neighborhood, all tourists want to be in this area, especially in summer, because it is also located in the beach area, very well connected with public transport and close to all the important places you will want to visit.
