Summary: The air conditioner in the apartment is next to useless leaving most of the apartment consistently at no cooler than 85 degrees Fahrenheit. There were roaches in the halls and the pipes make the loudest noise imaginable. The benefits are that the property is located in a nice area of San Antonio, which makes many activities and transportation easily walkable. There are also some nice cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. It's just a shame that the state of the apartment made it a dread to return to since we would be baking each night. It is cheap so you certainly get what you pay for.
