Summary: Well equipped and spotless. Excellent instructions for A/C, coffee maker etc. A little noisy due to local building work and landing flight-path for Sofia Airport, but the double glazed doors/windows easily reduced the noise to tolerable levels and certainly didn't interfere with sleep.
