Positive: The location was excellent, but the staff was amazing. Our hostess at Anka Lodge truly elevated the experience, and I must specifically commend Ana and Alexandra for their outstanding service. From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Ana consistently went above and beyond. Her knowledge of local attractions recommendations was very valuable.
