Positive: Loved the location, the space and room in the house, clean and great place for families
Negative: The gas had run out in the game room that ran the gas furnace. It was late November when we stayed. We called and notified staff about the problem, but was not resolved during our stay which meant we had very little use of the game room, one of the prime reasons we rented this property to spend Thanksgiving with my son going to WCU.
Summary: Great place, wish we could have used the game room.
