Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel is quite new, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient, right in the city center, and the view is open and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Negative: The room we received was not the same as the one we had booked. We reserved a room with two beds, but only a one-bed room was available upon arrival. However, the receptionist handled the situation professionally by arranging an extra bed and offering a discount, which we appreciated.

Summary: A pleasant stay with a great location, nice view, and helpful staff who resolved issues quickly. 😊
