Walk out the front door and down to one of the best fishing banks on the entire river! The home is fully equipped with all the amenities, commercial grade appliance’s, 3 private bedrooms (2 King, 2 double twin bunkbeds, 2 Full Bathrooms, large jetted tub). The home is on private property nestled in the trees right next to the river. River front access right outside your front door. Beautiful gravel base bank that provides excellent fishing & spectacular catching (no fishing off of cumbersome platforms or fighting swift current). Located in middle of the 250,000 sq miles Kenai Peninsula Wildlife Refuge.
The house also provides a guest portion of the garage to vacuum pack your catch with a commercial grade vac master and provided bags for your convenience. The freezer is a subzero freezer ensuring your catch is frozen fast and holds 200lbs of fish!
