2) Our home accommodates up to 6 GUESTS. Please no extra guests, including daytime visitors and overnight guests. We will charge an additional $50 for each additional guest per night.
3) Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door.
4) Our home is SHOE-FREE to keep the desert dirt & sand away.
5) Please NO PETS.
6) Out of respect for our neighbors please keep noise at a minimum. Quiet time is between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m.
7) Up to 2 VEHICLES are allowed on the property.
8) Please do not move furniture around.
9) Photoshoots, special events (e.g. weddings, parties), or drones are not allowed without written permission from the owner.
10) Any illegal or abusive use of Internet access is not allowed.
11) If you accidentally break or damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
12) SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please treat our home as if it were your own. Any damages to the home or breaking of house rules may result in charges up to $1000.
13) Before check in we require picture of the ID for security purposes.
