Please note that you only have 6 steps getting to the ground floor, then you have the pool, the large terrace and the main part of the house all on one level: -4 bedrooms (3 of them with double bed and one with 2 single beds) plus a sofa [hidden] one) - 1 bathroom with bath and 1 extra toilet -fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with direct access to the terrace/pool. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need on holiday: induction hob, oven, microwave, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Several refrigerators (1 freezer compartment) offer enough space to store food and drinks. Grill? Yes of course! A MUST for perfect summer holidays ????GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED On the upper floor there is 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a small kitchenette and a sunny terrace with sea views. The house is located in the quiet urbanization "Els Olivars" in Pau, in a few minutes you can reach the beaches of Roses or Empuriabrava, both sandy beaches and various small bays, you will find a Mediterranean atmosphere, hustle and bustle, many restaurants, everything you need for unforgettable holidays Pau is located in north-eastern Spain, in Catalonia, about 5 km from Roses and 7 km from the nearest beach. Olives and vines are grown in the municipality of Pau. The grapes and olives are processed in the local cooperative “Empordàlia”. The wine is sold under the Empordà Costa Brava designation of origin and the Sinols brand. Olive oil is sold under the name "Oli de Pau". Rest and relaxation are guaranteed.
