Summary: While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the overall experience was disappointing. Evening snacks and wine included rotten fruit, warm wine, and cheap cheese. Breakfast was also poor: no fruit, no cheese, only boiled eggs and low-quality pastries. We waited more than 20 minutes for coffee and had to ask for everything, from utensils to cream cheese. The hotel clearly needs more staff at breakfast.
