Summary: Our room (Room #1) was spacious enough for 2 people for our 1-night stay. We had problems with the heating system working properly. I reported it to the man at reception because it was freezing in our room - he came in, it took him a few minutes to get it to work, then he left, and then it got too hot and we had problems getting it to cool off. It would have been helpful if he would have showed us how to properly operate the remote control (although my husband is a heating system installer, retired after working in this field for more than 45 years). Instead, I got the feeling that the man at reception thought we were idiots (by his attitude and look on his face), which we are not. The bed was way too soft - we think it is old and needs replacing. There is mold in the shower stall. The woman at reception took a while to check us in; I am not sure of the problem. The hotel is conveniently located to Piazza De Ferrari, and not far from the train station and airport.
