This 2nd Fl unit is accessible by elevator or stairs. Sleeping 9 and perfect for a multi-generational family, the home offers a King, Queen, Double, Twin and a Queen Sofa-Bed. You'll love the location... out of the hubbub, but close enough to enjoy the beaches, shopping, dining and shops of both Bethany Beach and Oceanview. Magnolia Towers is approx. 3 miles to Bethany Beach and approx. 5.5 Miles to the Delaware Seashore State Park at the Indian River Inlet. If you have a cloudy day, you'll be happy to stream your favorite shows on one of the 4 smart TVs! Of course, you will also enjoy all the comforts of home... W/D, CAC, DW, K-cup and Drip Coffeemakers, 2 Hair Dryers, Community BBQ Grill. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
