This is a private holiday rental, not a principal residence, and there are no shared spaces, by making a booking, you and all guests agree to the property's terms & conditions. please, ensure all guests are aware of them. complimentary early check-in or late check-out may be available where booking and housekeeping schedules permit. these are unavailable during december and january. to guarantee additional time, we recommend booking an extra night. sunday late check-outs must be approved by 5pm friday. all approved variations must be confirmed in writing. guest registration is required for all bookings and assists with fraud prevention, safety, security, and damage management. guest limits apply at all times. any visitors or additional guests must be approved in writing before arrival. visitor approval is not available at all properties. this property is approved for accommodation only. tents, caravans, additional mattresses, excess vehicles, motorbikes, quad bikes, firearms, air rifles and fireworks are strictly prohibited. electric vehicles may only be charged at properties with a dedicated ev charging station. unauthorised charging poses a safety risk and may affect insurance coverage. discounted rates may be available for bookings of 30 nights or more, property information is available in the guest information folder or from our team 24/7. bookings of 21 nights or more require a refundable cash security deposit from $2,000, with higher amounts applying to some properties. we will never ask you to make payments to an overseas bank account. funds are securely held and not disbursed until after your departure.in the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay, parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces, if you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the special requests box, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions, this property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
