Summary: To start when I got to the hotel the porter told me to call the number on my hotel.com reservation. I called this number and the guy that answered the phone tried giving me a different number to call while I was getting a pen to write down the number he wanted my reservation number then went in to tell me that I didn't have a reservation and hung up. After another phone call to this same number the security guard talked to him and then told me to go wait in the lobby and some one would come talk to me. Not sure what happen but there was a lady that did come talk to me and got me checked in to my room. Everything else went pretty well except for ants in the room and showers never really had hot water warm at best.
