This stunning Old School House in the picturesque village of Dumbleton is a Grade II listed house, set over 3 floors and lovingly restored by the current owners enhancing the original character features and complimented by modern materials and technology.
The cosy lounge room provides a wonderful Inglenook fireplace and bay window with window seat and leads to the dining room that can seat up to 10 people. The dining room has double doors leading out on to the private patio area.
From the front entrance, there is a useful boot room and utility area with separate access to outside, perfect for coming back from lovely country walks in the surrounding countryside.
The first and second floors offer generous sized bedrooms, well presented bathrooms and useful landing areas with oak balustrade, glazed panels and exposed timbers.
The main garden is in front of the house with a beautifully manicured garden and outdoor table and seating for up to 10 people.
