The space
Welcome to our thoughtfully designed space located at the sunny Gold Coast! Every inch of this ideal space was created to offer you a delightful and memorable stay away from home.
The property is a 3-level home and features 4 spacious bedrooms that will provide you with a fantastic night's rest, and 2 bathrooms (main and ensuite).

This naturally lit space has an open layout that features a living room with a 10-seater lounge that opens up to a large balcony with another 10-seater lounge to fully relax and take in the view. You will likely be visited by many of our feathered cockatoo and kookaburra friends who enjoy to be hand fed!
There is a 6-seater dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is supplied with Netflix streaming service and high-speed WiFi.
All balconies have views of Movie World, Wet n' Wild and Top Golf! Dreamworld is just a skip and a hop away!
Our outdoor area is where the real magic is. The backyard features a salt water swimming pool with bonus super tall slide, x 4 sun loungers, a spacious lounge area where you can contemplate the incredible views of the reserve behind. It is a haven surrounded by trees and serenity where you will be able to share moments with your loved ones , you may even spot a kangaroo family as they regularly visit us.
We have 2 outdoor Wetsoundz speakers with Sonos bluetooth capability so you can set the vibe for your holiday!
The cherry on top of the cake: a “man cave” area furnished with a smart TV, mini putting green and bar!
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
-We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There are security cameras located at the front entrance facing outside, onto the driveway and out the back leading down to the pool area, recording 24/7.

House rules:
-Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price, other overnight guests won’t be authorised.
-There is a quiet time policy from 10PM to 8AM. We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community.
If you wish to request an early check-in/late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/late check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra fee.

We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community. We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. AUTHORISED USE AND GUESTS: Any additional guests staying overnight beyond the number specified by Occupant must be authorised by contacting us prior to their arrival. This includes all children and adults. If there are more persons staying at the property than the lesser of the number designated by Occupant or the Maximum Occupancy for overnight or day use, or if the Premises are being utilized by any person in a manner inconsistent with a transient occupancy vacation rental, then we in our sole discretion, shall have the right to terminate this Occupancy without refund to Occupant. Occupants must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupants represent that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants those other occupants are either over the age of 25 or are accompanied by an adult guardian.
ENTRY: We retain full legal, possessory and access rights at all times, and may enter the Premises at any time. Generally, access is required (i) for the purpose of making necessary repairs, to supply necessary or agreed services; (ii) to verify that the Occupant has complied with the terms of the Agreement or to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, or check for damages; (iii) in case of emergency; or (iv) for other business purposes (ex: to show property for sale or rental). we make reasonable efforts to provide Occupant with advance notice.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: By confirming reservation, the Occupant consents to be bound by the policies set forth on Airbnb for cancellation and refund of advance payments and deposits.
LATE CHECKOUTS / HOLDING OVER: The Occupant agrees there shall be no unauthorised late checkouts or holding over. Late Checkout occurs after 11:00 am on the day of departure. The cost for this is ½ of the daily pro-rated rent that will be charged to Occupant or deducted from the Security Deposit. Staying after 11:00 am on the day of departure is considered a Holdover. The cost for each Holdover Day is 1-1/2 times the prorated daily rent, utilities and taxes, plus any costs incurred, including but not limited to relocation of arriving occupants, which will be charged to Occupant in our sole discretion. This time is needed for cleaning the home. If you have an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact our office as soon as you are aware of a problem.
PET(S): If evidence of pets is found without prior written permission or signed pet addendum, a $300 fee will be withheld from your Security Deposit. Any pet-caused damage to the home, yard or furnishings will be handled as intentional damage, and may be subject to withholding from the Security Deposit or charge to Occupant.
NO SMOKING: This is a NON-smoking home. Remediation of smoke odor inside the home or any other damage caused by smoking will be handled as intentional damage, not covered by damage waiver, and if evidence of smoking inside the home is found, a $500 fee will be charged to Occupant or withheld from the Security Deposit.
RULES AND REGULATIONS: The Occupant agrees to comply with any and all rules and regulations that are at any time posted on the Premises, contained in or attached to the Agreement, or otherwise delivered to Occupant. The Occupant is responsible for ensuring that all occupants and guests comply with the same. Quiet time 10PM - 8AM. No Smoking outside. No Parties.
