Positive: We stayed a week in this beautiful home. The house was very well stocked. All we did was buy food. It is nicely arranged and tastefully decorated. The three bedrooms are on one end of the house with plenty of room. The master suite is quite large with windows overlooking the pool. The pool and spa are excellent! The backyard is very private with plenty of seating and beach towels. We spent the extra money to have the hot tub heated! The grill is in a corner gazebo -- nice place to eat. We grilled several times -- the grill is very easy to use. The washer and dryer are a nice touch. Just a great place to stay in the heart of Palm Springs. Easy access to all of Palm Springs and the I-10. Joshua Tree National Park is under an hour away. Grocery stores are close by, and downtown is less than 9 minutes by car. Very convenient location. The neighborhood is clean and appears to be safe. Very close to the airport. We will definitely be back.
Negative: Everything was great. It would have been nice to have some local TV channels, but all the TVs are equipped with streaming services, so it wasn't an issue. Since the airport is in the middle of Palm Springs, you can hear planes take off. But that's true in much of Palm Springs. We didn't find it an issue, and the airport is relatively small -- not a lot of flights.
