The Space:
Inside, this 8 bedroom Tuscany villa measures 520 square metres and is split into two separate apartments, allowing friends and family to holiday together whilst enjoying a degree of privacy. The house is fully air conditioned and there are mosquito screens at all windows.
The first apartment in this 8 bedroom Tuscany villa is in the left wing of the house. It is laid out over two floors and sleeps up to 7 guests. On the ground floor, it boasts a large kitchen with a semi professional stove made by the famous Florentine firm, Restart, with 9 burners and 2 ovens, ideal for keen chefs. The kitchen also boasts a microwave, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. A large, fully functional fireplace provides a striking focal point to the room and can comfortably seat six. Also on this floor is a TV room with dining area. Doors from this room lead out to the courtyard where there is a large table seating up to 15 guests. Finally, there is a double bedroom on this floor which has an ensuite bathroom and also enjoys direct access to the garden. Another small bedroom with ensuite bathroom is ideal for a teenager. Upstairs, there are two further double bedrooms in this first apartment, both with ensuite bathrooms (one of which has a bath and the other a double shower).
On the other side of this 8 bedroom Tuscany villa is the second apartment. Situated in the right wing of the building, this apartment measures 260 square metres and also sleeps 7 people. It has a similarly well-equipped kitchen which this time is furnished with a large dining table seating up to 8 guests. Doors lead to an outdoor covered terrace, the perfect spot for breakfast. Also on the ground floor is a living room with satellite TV and a functional fireplace. It's a warm and welcoming place to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. There is an adjacent bathroom with large shower and direct pool access. Two double bedrooms on this floor both enjoy direct access to the garden and both boast an ensuite bathroom with large double shower. On the first floor, there is a third double bedroom with canopy bed and ensuite bathroom and a fourth bedroom also with double bed.
Outside, the swimming pool at this 8 bedroom Tuscany villa is cleverly designed. The first 6 metres are under the cover of the villa's arches, leaving the remaining 18 metres enjoying full sunshine. The water is cleaned using sodium chloride in a special purifying system, making it ideal for those with young children or for those who suffer from skin complaints. A BBQ area is positioned to make the most of the exceptional 360 degree views over the Val d'Orcia UNESCO world heritage site.
Electricity is included up to 200 KW per week. After that it must be paid at consumption at 0.45 euros per KW. Please note that there are some additional fees payable locally. These include a final cleaning fee of 300 euros and an air conditioning charge of 250 euros. Heating costs are 600 euros per week.
