The apartment complex and area are safe, but please be aware that, as with most of Denver Metro right now, this area sees some homelessness. We've never had any issues with anyone, but I know some people may be sensitive to potentially seeing homelessness in the neighborhood, so please keep this in mind when booking.
You have private access to the entire unit. There is dedicated parking for tenants in the parking area directly in front of the building.
