The house has 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. This house has 3 levels and the garage (bottom level) is occupied by the owner (separate from the 2nd and 3rd level). Parking is on the front driveway and also has open street parking. We have AC as well as fans and heater. Free wifi & washer and dryer. Rates and prices may vary due to how long your stay is. Summary: We arrived to the property to find we had a room mate. Apparently the mother in law unit was being rented by a tenant. We were unaware, and also didn’t realize we had to share the drive way. No big deal but got a text at 9pm asking us to move our car over a couple feet to share the driveway. The master bedroom had a spoiled smell. The sheets didn’t feel or smell clean. Come to find out it was the mattress pad. The instructions checking out specifically said to leave the mattress pad on when removing the sheets. The smell from the pad was permitting. I had to take all the bedding to the laundry mat and wash it. All bedrooms had minimal bedding. And 2 pillows didn’t have pillow cases. I had to barrow bedding from a family member. We didn’t have access to a washer/ dryer. A family of 4 in a house for a week was hard not to do a load of laundry. The heat was hard to regulate and was constant. Uncomfortable to sleep with on all night but got too cold if we turned it off. The location was great! Neighborhood felt very safe.
