As you arrive, you'll capture a glimpse of the property's beauty, driving down the private driveway past a field and pond, to be welcomed by a spectacular 120-year-old converted hay barn. With level land, 2 km of walking trails, fields and forest to explore and stunning views of Georgian Bay and the Niagara Escarpment, you'll fall head over heels even before you enter the home!

This sprawling, 4000-square-foot open concept home features a soaring beamed ceiling that may elicit gasps, that creates a backdrop for the rest of the house. A main level breezeway connects the barn to the garage. Wood and slate flooring feels luxurious with in-floor heating throughout. The main level is wheelchair accessible including the master bedroom and bath. Bay View Barn strikes the rare balance between feeling grand while maintaining it's rustic and cosy appeal.
