A two-bedroom budget, brick-style terrace chalet is on the west side of Medmerry Park close to the beach and pool car park.
With an open patio area onto patio doors opening up to an outside seating area that looks onto a green open space. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a footboard at the base of the bed and the second bedroom has a single bed and a single sofa bed in the lounge. The maximum number of sleeping for this property is 5.
The kitchen has a cooker, hob, microwave, and fridge and there is a shower over a bath in the bathroom.
Duvets and pillows are supplied.
WI-FI included. This property is Not suitable for dogs and has no secure frontage.

Key collection is from our office in Bracklesham between 4 and 5pm (no earlier arrival possible)
If you have arranged a key safe there is a dark grey box to the right of our office in Bracklesham. Inside you will find a pouch for your property use this to identify the colour of the key safe The combination for the safe will be the last 4 digits of your booking reference [#??-??] Please take key, card and pouch with you. Please close up key safe and change combination to lock and close the box. Be aware there maybe more than just your pouch so please take the correct one. Please ensure Security Deposit has been paid beforehand otherwise we cannot leave a key.
