A wonderful, spacious 4 bedroom family villa located on the peaceful gated resort of Solana. Features include a private pool & spa, and a fantastic games room to keep the kids entertained. Conveniently located on the US27 in Davenport.
The resort facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a swimming pool, 4000 sq/ft clubhouse, 18 hole mini golf, and fitness room and gym. Mickey Mouse and friends can be found at Disney World, just 15-20 minutes’ drive from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Harry Potter fans wanting to walk down Diagon Alley or experience a journey on Hogwarts Express can be at Universal Resorts in about 30 minutes. A wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found along the US192 which is 3 miles north of Solana. A smaller range of dining options is at Berry Town Center, 1 mile away, and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket.
Living Accommodation - The villa has two living areas, the first is at the front of the property and is a more formal area with two 2-seater sofas and coffee table, this living room shares the space with the dining area which can comfortably sit 6 people. At the heart of the villa is the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need should you decide on making a meal for everybody.
The nearby dining table which seats 6 people is a great spot for tea and toast in the morning as you make plans for the rest of the day, or an evening meal talking about the day’s events. The second living area is at the rear of the property and is filled with lots of natural light, and overlooks the private pool. There are two comfortable sofas, a large flatscreen TV with Cable and doors leading to the sun drenched pool deck.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, views of the pool, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large bath tub and TV.
Bedroom 2, has a Queen-size bed, TV and built in wardrobes.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both Twin-bedded rooms, one of which has a Mickey Mouse theme and the other decorated in a beach theme, both with wall mounted flat screen TV’s.
There is a family bathroom, with shower-over-bath and toilet, which services bedrooms 2, 3 & 4.
Entertainment - The awesome games room has been well equipped with table football and an air hockey game for the young-at-heart members of the family. Furnished with bar table and stools.
Outdoor Living - The pool deck area, with private pool and spa, offers plenty of space for the whole family and has sunbeds and table and chairs for some alfresco dining.
Pool Safety - This property has a pool fence which can be put up if required.
The separate Utility Area provides a new large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. All linens and towels provided for your convenience

Solana Resort is situated off Highway 27 (between the 192 and I4) and is approximately a 15-20 minute drive from Disney with easy access via the new toll road and the even newer Disney West Gate Entrance. Sea World, Universal Studios and The I Drive area attractions are approximately 25 minutes’ drive away. You are also only minutes from Berry Town Centre on US 27 which houses a Publix Supermarket, Applebee’s Bar and Grill as well as numerous other shops bars and restaurants.
