The building offers the historic art deco feel along with laundry on each floor and, I can't stress this enough, the BEST location in Miami.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE BUILDING
There is a parking lot one block up on Ocean Drive in-between 4th and 5th street prices vary and are negotiable and very convenient. There is also a municipal garage 4 blocks away on Collins and 7th street they have the lowest prices in the area. We recommend our guests to download - The best parking app - or - Spot hero - for availability and prices in the area.
More on the comforts of home: We have a pack and play to accommodate the littles, fully equipped kitchen to cook, amenities in the bathroom so you can pack light. Please inquire if there's anything else we can provide to make your travel and stay easier.
Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, which will result in forfeiture of full deposit. We have a smoking alert system in the unit, other than the smoke alarm which chemically detects smokes and notifies us via text message.
