It has 3 spacious bedrooms with big closets, 2.5 bathroom, One BR has jacuzzi. 3 smart TV's : 65 inches TV in Masters bedroom, and 55 inches tv in the living room, 49 inches tv in the second bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped as this used to be where the owner lives so it is complete with 5 burner stove, microwave, oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, sandwich maker, waffle maker, blender & fryer, plates, drinking glass, wine glass and coffee cups. You have several sets of pots and non stick pans. 2 sets of kitchen knives and etc. This is the only unit in this private subdivision that has a balcony in the master bedroom. A perfect spot to read a book, do bird watching and enjoy the view of the mountain and eucalyptus trees lining in the park nearby. There is an inside garden which opens thru a sliding door from the dining area. Perfect to do your barbecue and entertain guests. The neighborhood is very safe, the subdivision has its own electronic gate which is only accessible with a key or a clicker to open the main gate. Very safe neighborhood. Laundry room has washer and dryer, Kitchen has a dishwasher. There is a nearby river with a trail where you can do your morning jog or yoga.
