The Space:
This charming, early 1900s Victorian-style home in the Cole/RiNo neighborhood is the perfect place for your Denver stay! The home has been updated with modern amenities and fixtures while keeping its historic character with hardwood floors and lofty ceilings.
The entrance opens into the bright and spacious living room with a comfy sectional couch, Smart TV, and a tucked-away remote workstation. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals, with newer stainless steel appliances and ample counter space! There is a half bathroom and one bedroom on the main floor boasting a built-in desk, a full-sized bed, and a twin-sized under-bed that rolls out for easy use! The other two bedrooms are located upstairs with queen-sized beds, along with the full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Walk out to the backyard, where you’ll find a private patio with a large sectional, perfect for lounging and enjoying a brew! Other nice-to-have amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, two remote work areas, and ample street parking out front.

This area is a walker and biker’s paradise, as there are lots of great restaurants within just a couple of blocks, and you’re a 1-mile walk to one of Denver’s most popular and hip areas - RiNo! The neighborhood also has its fair share of green spaces and trails, with Fuller Park, Mestizo-Curtis Park, and City Park nearby!
The neighborhood is located in North Denver with easy access to Downtown, the Denver Zoo, Botanic Gardens, sports stadiums, the city’s favorite dining establishments, and so much more!

One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive 1.5 hours through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a few hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.
This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies! But, of course, it's impossible to see everything in one visit, so we look forward to hosting you again after you fall in love with Mile High Life.
Getting Around:
If you've never been to Denver, getting oriented is easy. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is a 10-minute drive West of where you will be staying. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas. I-25 will bring you directly to Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. The 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.
Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to the nearby RiNo, Five Points, and Curtis Park, the Downtown, Union Station, and City Park neighborhoods are excellent choices for strolling. Prefer to do your exploring on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions are a short, inexpensive ride away. Get exploring!
