Paddle UP! or just come to relax amongst the serene oak trees at our Courtside Retreat. Brand new house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths to sleep 5. Carefully detailed with high end decor, wifi, mini splits in each room, electric fireplace, bedroom charging tables, coffee bar, smart TV. Outdoor living steps away from TWO pickleball courts or a singles tennis hitting court shared only with owner who does hold 1.5 hr lessons a few times a week. Your own private BBQ. Small enclosed yard for Fido(4.5 feet walls). Corn hole, ping pong table in garage and car charging available (bring own cord). Washer and Dryer.
We are excited to invite you to our property and share our love of racquet and paddle sports. Tennis / pickleball coach onsite if requested. Spec tennis gear available for use. WE love it all ! We are very close to wineries, shopping mall, Kit Carson Park and The Safari Park. Come stay and play!
The property is not completely safe for children under 3. A vacant basement is below the 2 bedroom house used for storage. A memory foam Third single Trundle bed is in the second bedroom and can be moved to main room easily. The Top of the trundle is an XL Twin size comfortable memory foam mattress.

Summary: We had an amazing experience at this property! the host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special. she even made Easter baskets for the kids, which was such a thoughtful tough. the house was spotless, quiet, and peaceful-exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate the hospitality. highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!
