Welcome to my stylish, bright, & renovated home - that is 5 star rated onAirbn b! 3 floors of spacious & comfortable living with new furniture. 3 big bedrooms with queen beds, each located on their own private floor. All floors have a bathroom (2 full & 2 half). Groups can enjoy together in the big living room or open dining area. Or there’s lots of space to do your own thing. 2 separate workspaces. Roof deck w/ great view & seats! Walk to lake, zoo, park, top-rated eats & public transit.
The space
This is my home so I hope you treat it with respect and enjoy it as much as I do! Because I live here, I have maintained the property very well and know it’s the perfect stay when you’re in Chicago.
There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, one on each floor so it’s perfect for privacy. There is also an air mattress to use in the living room. The kitchen (equipped) and living room are on separate floors too, so your group can enjoy together or separately.
There are 2 full baths and 2 half baths and a bathroom on every floor. There are two workspaces (desk and comfy chairs) in two of the bedrooms so you have quiet and closed off places to work. I have a large outdoor roof deck with seating and a table if you want to hang or have a meal outside and catch a nice view.
My home is on a nice and quiet street facing an open park (perfect for running, soccer, or basketball) with lots to do right around the corner, so you truly have the best of both worlds.
My home is also uniquely designed with a minimal, modern style and lots of skylights for extra sunlight and moon and stargazing.
Parking is also available for an extra fee.

My home is nestled in the popular and cozy Lincoln Park neighborhood. My home is surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops with many unique walkable attractions such as Lake Michigan, zoo, and Lincoln Park, and within a 10 minute drive to downtown.
My home is central to all with many bus and metro stops within 2-10 minute walking distance.
