Measuring 2600 square feet, the Villa Calla offers more than enough space for 6 guests – as well as a quiet location and close proximity to the water. Palm trees grace the garden, and large, sunlit rooms will make you feel right at home in the interior.
The villa features 3 bedrooms with king-size beds. Designed for maximum space and comfort, the master suite features a TV, tasteful wood furniture and its own dressing room. You can directly access the lanai from two of the bedrooms.
Another advantage: Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom in particular is a true oasis, as it comes with a large walk-in shower and jacuzzi bathtub. There is a pool bathroom, so you can take a shower right after swimming. In addition, you will find a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
For little guests, the villa provides two cribs. Washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room, while the garage features 2 bicycles. Here, you will also find fishing gear, pool toys and equipment like a parasol and chairs for your beach trip.
Spacious, comfortable and flooded with natural light, the living area is THE place to gather round with your whole family. Thanks to comfortable sofas and a 55” flat-screen TV, movie nights are no problem. Just plug in your laptop to access the streaming services of your choice. A stereo with surround sound will create the right ambience – inside, and also on the lanai.
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and features two large counters, so all guests can join in on the cooking. It is equipped with an oven, ceran stove, microwave, blender and refrigerator with ice machine. For your convenience, there is also a dishwasher – plus a toaster, coffee and espresso maker.
When it comes to dining, the villa offers multiple options. You could, for example, enjoy meals in the living area, where two tables with 4 and 6 chairs are located. There are 2 highchairs for children, and another table is available in the roofed section of the lanai.
Speaking of which: On the lanai, multiple activities await you – whether you want to swim, play with your kids, watch TV or simply unwind. The pool measures 40 x 16 feet, features electric and solar heating, and works almost without chlorine – a blessing for guests with sensitive skin. In addition, a jacuzzi offers premium relaxation. Sunbeds grace the area around the pool, and barbecue fans will appreciate the massive Weber Grill. Of course, no vacation in Cape Coral would be perfect without watching the sunset – and what better place to enjoy this spectacle than the Tiki Hut with its sitting area right next to the canal?
For boaters, the villa´s location is ideal: You can store your rented boat at the dock behind the house. Thanks to the saltwater canal, only 5 minutes separate you from the Caloosahatchee River – your gateway to open waters and the surrounding islands.
Of course, motorists can also enjoy the stunning beaches Southwest Florida has to offer. By car, you will reach Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island in just 30 minutes. Alternatively, visit Cape Coral´s public beach with the popular Boathouse Restaurant 5 miles south of the villa.
Grocery shopping is no problem either: Only a few minutes away, Del Prado Boulevard features a Publix supermarket and the giant Walmart Supercenter – as well as a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 0,15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.

Summary: The house and area we stayed in was absolutely awesome. We felt like we were at home instead of on vacation. When we came back from each beach trip, instead of having to come back to a cramped motel room, we had more than all the luxuries of home. The whole family had plenty of space to have their me time without having to be cramped up in one or two rooms. During the day or at night, we relaxed in the pool and hot tub and just enjoyed family time together. This house had all the amenities of home plus it was the most beautiful home we have ever seen or lived in. We were able to be at home swimming, enjoying the hot tub, grilling out, watching television, preparing a home cooked meal, or just relaxing after a day on the many close-by beaches, or after eating out at some of the best tasting restaurants we have ever eaten at. The family was extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely book this house when we come back to this area.
