Summary: Communication with owner was great, they got back to me promptly. The layout of the place was nice so my buddy and I could stay up and jam on Sunday games while the missus and baby slept in the back with no noise. The location was also nice in a nice neighborhood with a Schnucks grocery right at the end of the street.
