The Space:
Parking is simple at this single-level duplex. There is 1 spot directly in front of this unit, and street parking available. It is blocks away from a busy street, so you shouldn't have issues finding a spot.
This lovely apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and is located a minute from I-90, with free parking on site and street parking, coffee and tea, books and games, washing machine, a stocked kitchen for cooking and wifi-- all available for guest use. Apartment is child-friendly, single level living with electric heat, back yard (not fenced), and automatic drip coffee maker.
When you walk up just 3 short stairs into this lovely single-level duplex, you'll instantly feel at home away from home. The new, oversized sofa is perfect for snuggling up with a good book or binge-watching your favorite streaming shows on the smart TV. Off the living room, to the right is the dining table with seating for two and, just past there, is the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials including cooking oil, spices, pots and pans, an oven with stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, upright refrigerator and freezer combo, dishes and cups, and coffee maker. At the back of the kitchen, you'll find the back door and spacious, yet unfenced, back yard. Sorry, but due to allergies, we don't allow pets here. Not even for a day visit.
From where you entered, left of the living room, are the two bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has a comfy queen bed that is medium-height, a desk and a closet for storing your belongings. The next bedroom has a comfy, modern queen bed that is lower to the ground, great for kids or people who have a hard time getting onto platform beds. This room also has a closet for your items.
The bathroom has a tub insert with beautifully tiled shower walls, toilet and vanity for getting ready. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels for your convenience.

Air conditioning is a seasonal offering. Please inquire if you require A/C during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home, but not the garage.

While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
