Positive: The owners were reasonably present and very amicable. They informed me I left some documents behind shortly after I left. They have a very friendly small dog too! There were upper floor balconies from each of the rooms, nice place and a center landing/living area that was spacious.
Negative: Gas powered weed whacker right outside the property early in the morning by yard maintenance. Gate entryway requires interaction that necessitated contacting the owners to enter the property.
Summary: Fine property in nice area, roomy and accomodating. Felt safe in gated area.
