Positive: I like that the property was located within 5 to 10 minutes of downtown Atlanta. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. I like the fact that the home has two balconies. I also like the bidet feature in the restroom
Negative: I didn't like that when I reached out to communicate with the property owners the response was not within 5–10 minutes or immediate, as I was locked out a few times due to confusion with the passcode. I also felt that the property should have displayed a smartboard or a display board with ALL of the Wifi information and any other instructions for the property that may have been needed after office hours. I also had an issue with the tub on the first floor draining properly. I booked this property for business but felt extremely uncomfortable staying alone the last night when I noticed that the bedroom door on the second floor was locked, and unassailable, however, I noticed that the light was on the last night of my stay when they were off the previous nights. I was very tempted to leave at 4 am to stay at the airport until my flight at 10 am. I was also confused as to why the property owner would make mention of a bar on the property if I was unable to utilize it. I have stayed at countless Airbnb's so I know that it is custom for the customer to have access to whatever is left unlocked and not labeled clearly NOT FOR CUSTOMERS US. I was very frustrated when I contacted property management out of pure CURTISOY, to find out if the bar was a part of the stay, just for the property manager to state that ONLY the wine in the bedrooms could be consumed, which further frustrated me when I didn't have any intention of leaving the property after returning from work. If the property owners were to address these issues, I believe this property would be an AMAZING stay in the future!!!!
