You'll have full private access to 2 spacious main level bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, a spacious fully fenced backyard, and laundry facilities upon request. There will not be any shared space with other guests, and If you would like access to the remaining 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, foosball table, and second living room, please ask us about the whole home listing. There is a manual open garage that may be used upon request, and enough driveway parking for another 2-4 vehicles or an RV and 2-3 cars..
We live only minutes away so someone is available pretty much any time. If you're looking for suggestions on things to do, don't hesitate to ask.
Located in South Ogden near Ogden Regional Hospital, we're nestled in beautiful mature trees away from the city lights, but only minutes from all the attractions. Enjoy the star gazing and the sounds of crickets all while being a stones throw away from almost anything you could want to see.
Nestled between 3 highways and a short distance away from public transportation, getting to any location on your agenda will be quick and easy.
For entertainment, there are a few games provided, and each TV has a Roku connected allowing you to connect with your favorite streaming services. Breakfast is self-serve and includes either frozen waffles or ready mix pancakes and maple syrup.
Guest Access:
The driveway has a slight incline and during winter we do our best to shovel and salt the driveway as quickly as possible. However, if it appears wet or icy, please use your emergency brake when parking to prevent cars from slipping. To access the space, use the front entry door located on the porch. To unlock the door, just type in the door code provided in your check-in instructions. The door auto locks after approximately 30 seconds. If trying to exit the home, you'll need to manually unlock from the inside.
If doors or cupboards feel like they're locked or stuck, please don't try to force them open as they are likely locked on purpose. If you can't seem to access a specific part of the house for any reason that you feel you should, contact us and we'll have someone determine what's wrong to provide access.
The garage can be used as you see fit upon request, but is manual open only. To open, turn the handle to the right and pull up. To close, pull the rope down gently until the door begins to fall ensuring that the door doesn't slam closed. Once completely closed, turn the handle back to the left to secure the door. There is no lock on the garage door, so make sure valuables are still secure or locked in vehicles.

Nestled in a small bowl shaped valley, the neighborhood is full of mature trees and winding roads.
Getting Around:
Easy access to both Highway 89 and Interstate 84 providing quick thoroughfare to all other major interstates and transportation methods. Bus routes within a 1-2 minute walk, and frontrunner train station about 10 minutes away.

Someone may be onsite Tuesday evenings to ensure trash cans are placed on the street in time for weekly collection.
