The property can boast over 14.000m² of rural land, with a natural grass garden, a private pool and a sunbathing area with deck-chairs, barbecue and ping-pong table.
This recently-built house of 120m² can accommodate up to 6 people. It is distributed on the ground floor and has three comfortable double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large living-dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. All rooms are outside-facing and overlook the garden and its surroundings. The house offers all the comforts you would find in your own home, such as free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
The finca is located in a quiet and well-connected area, just 10 km (a 10-minute drive) from the bay of Alcúdia, where you can visit Port d'Alcúdia with its large sandy beaches or the charming town of Alcúdia, an ancient Roman town with a large market every Tuesday and Sunday. The property is a 15-minute drive from the areas of Pollença and Port de Pollença, being the latter famous for its coves. It is also near Pollença Golf and Alcanada Golf. From the town of Pollença you can start a trip touring the wonderful cliffs and small towns that make up the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site.
The nearest town to the villa is Sa Pobla, where you can find supermarkets, shops and a wide variety of restaurants in the centre, which you can enjoy away from mass tourism.
