Enter this lovely cottage through the front courtyard, into the hallway and to your right is the cosy living room.There is a comfy corner sofa and a large smart TV, perfect for curling up in front of and relaxing in the evening after a day of exploring the surrounding area.There is also a dining table and chairs for four, where you can enjoy those home cooked meals. The modern kitchen, with smart wooden cupboards and under cupboard spot lights, is well equipped, with everything you will need while on your seaside holiday in Devon. To the upstairs of the property are the two bedrooms made up of a good sized double room, and a twin room, both with their own TV, perfect for friends and family to enjoy. The family bathroom is made up of a modern white suite, with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, and benefits from a heated towel rail. To the front of the property is lovely sunny courtyard, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, or evening drink in. 4 Old Mill Court is only a short walk into the quaint fishing port of Brixham, which forms part of the English Rivera along with Torquay and Paignton.There are lots of things to see and do in Brixham, with a number of shops and brilliant seafood restaurants to visit.
